Hacienda Village

   Hacienda Village is centrally located northeast of Orlando in Winter Springs, FL at 280 La Vista Dr. with easy access to Disney and the other attractions . Also within an easy drive are beaches on both coasts of Florida, golf, fishing and shopping. We have 447 home sites with about 40 choice sites now available for your new manufactured home.

Hacienda Village Amenities

   83 acres of gently rolling land with nearly 3 miles of roads to drive, walk, bicycle, or use a golf cart on; a Club House with swimming pool and library where most social activities take place; a Recreation Center with a heated swimming pool, library, billiard tables, fitness center, shuffleboard courts  and tennis/pickleball court. Both Clubhouse and Recreation Center have fully-equipped kitchens and free Wi-Fi with Internet connection.

Hacienda Village Social Activities

Hacienda Village has multiple clubs and organizations staffed by volunteers offering opportunities to socialize. The Social Club sponsors a major dinner/dance at the Club House nearly every month. There is a non-denominational Worship Service each Sunday and there is Bingo once a week. Community breakfasts and lunches are sponsored by the Men’s Club and the Helping Hands group. Other activities include an Exercise Group, Bunco, Men’s Poker, Ladies Bingo, Euchre, RSVP, Koffee Klatch, Crafts, Men’s Club Night Out, Gun Club and Potluck. Also, the Winter Springs Senior Center is located about a half a mile from Hacienda Village. The Senior Center has a large heated indoor pool and a full calendar of events. Many Hacienda Village residents participate in bus trips and tours sponsored by the Senior Center.

Winter Springs 

   The city of Winter Springs was originally incorporated as North Orlando in 1959 with about 600 residents. In 1972, the city incorporated its name to Winter Springs, and is now the largest city in Seminole County, on the basis of land area. Winter Springs is home to over 35,000 people and is poised to remain one of the state’s most livable “small towns”.

The Sunshine State

   Florida was admitted to the union as the 27th U.S state in 1845 and is nicknamed the “Sunshine State” due to it’s warm climate and days of sunshine.
Orlando’s famous attractions include Walt Disney World, located approximately 21 miles (34 km) southwest of Downtown Orlando; the Universal  Studio Orlando, SeaWorld; Gatorland; and ect.
